FIA Card Services is an scam company that should be stoped. Goverment should take care of it. FIA Card services are a rip off. Recently I contacted them concerning the interest rates on my credit card. FIA Card Services needs to be added to the available banks in order to download the transactions for my Schwab Visa card. I think it supports OFX because I can automatically download transactions on mint.com when identifying it as my credit card account.
